Actually i have applied through online process like emailed my all documents with payment to PSBTE for WES processing. How I can contacf them online? As I am already in Canada

Do WES accept that??
Did your Uni send them in a sealed envelope and then you send those further? I don't think WES accept email or online until and unless done by Uni not by an applicant.
