WES FOR PAKISTANI APPLICATS THROUGH MAMOO IN PAKISTAN

Hi,

I am currently living in UAE & want my Degree / Transcripts to be attested through HEC & Intermediate Board Karachi. Unfortunately at back home no one can go on behalf of me & do the visits to HEC Karachi office + Intermediate Board Karachi.

While I was searching on GOOGLE for any consultancy service been provided by any organization or Courier service so I was directed to a service called MAMOO IN PAKISTAN, they are charging USD 250 for processing & informed me that all I need to do is courier them my original Degree / Transcripts from Matric onwards & they will do all the necessary actions to get HEC - BIK attestation & even send my documents to WES on my behalf.

I need suggestions from you all guys here on this form who has already done or planning to use their service & if they are reliable.

One more thing I need to ask is that I have not yet registered with CIC so still can I do my ECA through WES & once I get my ECA can after that I register to CIC or before this I need to register & open file with them.

Appreciate your kind suggestions & help as I am new to immigration stuff.

In my opinion the use of MAMOO is much risky. Think that you will be handing over all of your documents to somebody you don't know and cannot be traced. Instead of this you must opt a secure / reliable service like Gerry's Courier for attestation from HEC, detailed on this link: http://www.hec.gov.pk/InsideHEC/Divisions/QALI/DegreeAttestationEquivalence/DegreeAttestationServices/Pages/AttestationThroughFedEx.aspx

For attestation from Board, you may ask the board officials if they have any such service. Otherwise you may authorize any of your blood relatives or friend to do the job for you.

Yes you have to get your WES report before opening your file / creating your profile with CIC.

WES is quite fast in its operation, once they receive all the docs in the manner they require. I remember that last year they had received my complete docs on 24-Oct, and by 01-Nov, my WES report was with me at my home.

Should we send all certificate (SSC, HSSC, Bachelor and Master) in one envelope or separately.

The docs from each sender can be sent on combine basis to reduce cost. For example, SSC and HSSC, you can send in 1 big envelope containing 2 separate sealed envelope. one for SSC and other for HSSC. each envelope should be sealed properly in WES prescribed manner
