WES Evaluation

Hi there,

I completed my Master's degree from a Canadian University. Before that, I finished my Bachelor degree from a foreign university.

Now, do I need a WES evaluation for my Bachelor degree?

Second, after getting ITA, do I need to give them the copy of my Bachelor's certificate along with Master's certificate? Should I include transcripts too?

After going through this process myself, I have realized one guiding principle to help me answer questions like this - "no one ever got rejected for providing extra documents". So if I were you, I would get the Bachelor's degree evaluated and attach it after the ITA. This way the VO has no doubt about your educational qualifications.

Actually I did. I applied for evaluation on December last year to WES. But for unknown reason my application status is "Waiting for verification from institution" for last 4 months!! I contacted them multiple times and they replied "we have sent your documents for verification to the institution/s that you attended and we are still waiting for their response". I contacted to my institute, but they said they didn't get any message. So, I am in a limbo.

I doubt that I will get my evaluation back before my ITA. In this situation, should I wait or go ahead to submit my EE application?

If you have Canadian Degree then you don't need to waste your time and money on your bachelors degree as it has no value int terms of CIC process.

I know lots of people who has submitted Masters only and placed Bachelors in personal history and got PPR.
