WES Evaluation!

I have got my evaluation from WES. They wrote:

Bachelor's degree (three years) and bachelor's degree (four years).

How should I interpret it? Do I qualify for -Two or more post-secondary program credentials AND at least one of these credentials was issued on completion of a post-secondary program of three years or longer


Please help me understand.
