Hi,

I am Sanjay from India.

Few years back I made my transcripts ready for WES evaluation for my US Masters and later dropped my plans. At that time, University gave me certified transcripts in black and white photocopies with original university seal and signature.

As rules have changed recently regarding WES, I learnt that now I have to re-apply for my transcripts. My questions are:
1) Should I tell my university to send transcripts in color only ?? or photocopy + attested transcripts are fine like how university issued them earlier for my Masters??
2) I have total 9 grade sheets. 8 grade sheets correspond to 8 individual semesters and one final single grade sheet which contains all grades of 8 semester (consolidated grade sheet). Should I apply for all 9 grade sheets ?? or final single consolidated grade sheet attested transcript is enough??
3) Should University envelope contain signature and seal only on opening/closing flap or on front and back as well??

Usually the university registrar knows how to send documents to WES. Frankly I haven't see any of my documents sent to WES.

Also, US WES and Canadian WES is different.

Procedures are the same. Once you create an account and pay the fee, they provide guidance on how to send documents. Itz pretty elaborate. You can't go wrong. I have done it by my self and never rejected the documents I submitted.
