(WES Evaluation) Speed Post Stuck with Customs since 8 days

Hi all,
I am Manikandan from Chennai, I forwarded my WES transcript from Anna University via India Post, it's been in the custom hold for more than 21 days, any suggestion regarding this?

Please can anybody help me or guide me what to do ...my transcripts courier are struck in canada customs since 05th December... its been 15 days there has been no update.. without it my ECA can be completed and I cannot submit my profile ..my CRS score is 470, and without ECA its of no use.. please tell me what i can do...TIA

Same here my transcript reached on Feb 02 since then having status Item has arrived in Canada and will be presented for review Mississauga, ON.
Its seems they have quarantine our document

My WES documents in Customs Hold from 22nd Jan 2021. It's been 27 days. I haven't received any update when mine will be released. Lot concerned

Thank god. Finally, customs cleared, and the item is out for delivery after 29 days. The delay is due to, Canada Post at Mississauga was closed because most of their employees were tested positive(Corona). However, it will take another one or two days to reach WES, and I will post further details once done
