(WES Evaluation) Speed Post Stuck with Customs since 8 days

hello friends,
My university has sent my credential documents to WES on 15/10/19 through indiapost speed post service.
The status since then is shown below.

ECA is actually taking a lot of time and patience !My documents stuck in canada "AWAITING PRESENTATION TO BORDER AGENCY/S" any idea how long it take to release?

there is no specified timeframe when it’s with customs (CBSA). When I had required they said usually it depends on the flow of the packages. If it’s high volume, it may make more than 5-10 business days.
May be due to Christmas, the volumes may be high or reduced no. of staff. But they try to clear ASAP. As they work 6 days/ week.
Possibly, within Friday it will be cleared. Also, don’t forget to check announcements in Canada post.com many times due to bad weather they would not work.
