Raise the same query to Indian speed post of better check Canada speed post with the same tracking number. You might get some updates. It usually takes 7-8 days.

Mine is also stuck with customs since last 13 days .. kindly advice or should I apply for duplicate copy of the same with DHL.? Waiting for quick answer for the same.

No need to apply for duplicate. Did you use the same tracking number on Canada speed post website?

Mine took around 8-9 days too. It's just because of the festival season there. It might get delayed more one week or so because of the Christmas holidays in the coming weeks.

You need to raise a query to Indian speed post regarding delay. Mine took 6-8 days max to clear customs.

Please can anybody help me or guide me what to do ...my transcripts courier are struck in canada customs since 05th December... its been 15 days there has been no update.. without it my ECA can be completed and I cannot submit my profile ..my CRS score is 470, and without ECA its of no use.. please tell me what i can do...TIA
