(WES Evaluation) Speed Post Stuck with Customs since 8 days

Hi all,

My college (IIT Delhi) mailed my transcripts which are now stuck with Canada customs. Do I need to do something?

Here is my timeline from India Post tracking:

Item has been presented to Canada Border Services Agency for customs review.

Item has been presented to Canada Border Services Agency for customs review.
Mississauga, ON

10:53 pm
Item has arrived in Canada and was sent for further processing.
Mississauga, ON

There has been no update since June 10. What can I do ?

My application to the Canada bank (RBC) also stuck with Canada customs since June 10.....

In the same boat. WES documents stuck with CBSA since 10th June 2019. Contacted CBSA with tracking No. and they informed that they cannot intervene in the process and asked to Wait. No idea how long. If anyone receives good news please do share.

Guys, it's not a thing to worry off. Sometimes it takes 11 to 15 days with CBSA. Mine took approx 12 days for them to release. It has reached WES and accepted by them. Awaiting report from them.

Hi guys. I am also in same boat. My wes transcript sent by my college is stuck in customs since 19 aug. Anyone”s got cleared till now? if yes how many days it took?

I posted my WES documents through India Post and they reached Canada on 18th August, 2019 and since then they are stuck with Custom hold and extra information is showing as "awaiting presentation to border agency/s". Its has been 15 days since then and I have no idea when the Customs will release my documents. Can anyone please help on this?

My University send documents via speed post from india. it reached canada today and within one hour customs released to Canada Post for delivery

Does the university have to send the documents to WES or can I send them as an individual?

University has to send your transcript directly to Wes.
You can send copy of your final or provisional certificate to wes

My university sent my documents to WES through registered post. The last status I can see is "Insert item into bag (otb)" on the 26th of August. There is no tracking after that.

Anything I could do now?

Don't worry, your package will be delivered in Canada.
