WES Equivalency for Diploma(Polytechnic) 10+3

Hello guys,

I did a diploma (Polytechnic) after 10th Standard in Computer engineering from a technical college affiliated by AICTE (All india technical education and training) in 2014.

I was wondering what would be the WES Equivalency for Polytechnic Diploma if I was to do it for Canadian Immigration under CEC program.

I checked with my friends and other people, they all give me different answer so I'm worried whar it is.
