WES educational Assessment - PhD Degree

Hi,
I have completed a Ph.D degree from England. What I see from WES website is that they ask for
Transcript of Academic Records/Higher Education Achievement Report (HEAR) which in a Ph.D degree from England is not provided because Ph.D is a research based degree.

I wonder what I am supposed to provide in that case. If a degree copy in a sealed envelope is required or are they asking about something else.

Call them directly and see if they can help. Also, consider getting your ECA through IQAS or other agencies. From quite some time, they have proven to be more reliable than WES (though for sure WES works faster, but often they provide confusing results for example, giving a Master's, a PG Diploma evaluation or a professional degree, a Bachelors'evaluation.)
