Could you please share what department of your uni you contacted and what kind of information WES requests?
I would like to know in case I face the same situation.
This is my current timeline for documents which were sent in July 2020.
All documents received by WES: 20 July 2020
WES acknowledged the documents: 10 August 2020 (after writing to them 3 times on their contact form)
WES status says 'your evaluation is in progress': 16 August 2020
WES estimated completion date: 14 Sep 2020

First update was yesterday ? till yesterday you have not had any update or changing status in your profile?

Exactly same as me then. Oh well! I guess hopefully we'll get something by the end of this week.
The email was sent on Thursday 13th of August. The university received it on Friday 14th however no one worked on it even after I went to the university; I was told they did not receive an email on my wife's behalf. Today Monday 17th, I went there again, but this time I went to records office and there it was. So I saw informed that they would respond this week.
