Incoming Mail and Processing Times
We are happy to let you know that we are continuing to increase our mail processing capabilities and are now able to provide estimates for processing time.

• Documents received in our WES Canada office by May 26, 2020, will be processed by July 7, 2020.
• Documents received in our WES Canada office by June 30, 2020, will be processed by July 22, 2020.
• Documents received in our WES U.S. office by June 30, 2020, will be processed by July 14, 2020.
• Please check the delivery date provided by your courier or mail service to determine when you should expect your next status update in My Account. If you have any additional questions after this time estimate has passed, please Contact Us.

when did your documents gets accepted by Wes? Currently they are opening packages delivered in first week of April. So all the docs after that are still unopened and will be delayed for maybe 3 more months

All my doc was recieved in June 17th. Wes released the report 5days after

All those who have submitted, hang in there... your ECA is coming... WES have tremendously ramped up their processing, so be patient... this is only the first wait... plenty more of these waits throughout the process...

How long does we normally receive the ECA from WES these days after receiving the final update of “We are reviewing your evaluation.” & getting an estimate date for the report delivery ?

My WES profile shows "We have not received the package yet" While it shows delivered to WES on 13th July (after reattempts) from India Post Tracker.
Could someone help me know how long does it take for this update to happen or should I call WES Canada? And if I need to reach then what could be the quickest way?

So i did send it without the certificate. Any thoughts

WES doesn't usually ask to send original certificates, and if they do, its very rare.

If they have only asked for your transcript - that's normal

How long does we normally receive the ECA from WES these days after receiving the final update of “We are reviewing your evaluation.” & getting an estimate date for the report delivery ?

For me, they started reviewing mine on 17/7/2020 and gave me an estimated date of completion of 14/8/2020. So about a month.

Thanks for the information. But the package tracker shows "We have not received the package yet". Do these status updates after they open my package?

I'm worried if the package is not misplaced or wrongly sent by my university for some other WES Reference number.

Mine was acknowledged 1.5 months after being signed for...
I called them during my impatient wait and was told that as long as my courier tracker reads 'signed for/ received' it is there at WES's office.

Hi all,

Need help regarding filling up WES form. I have completed 2 yr PGDBM from IIM which was awarded pre-2017 (IIM Bill, after which they started giving degrees). In WES, under Type of education, will it come under University Education -> Master's Degree Programs and Post Graduate Diploma Programs or Non-University Postgraduate Diploma Education ? Both these options show my institute. Pl advise.
