WES ECA status on Hold

Hi @Nishika22 : My wife & I are planning to apply for Canada Immigration. Unfortunately everything else is done but My wife's masters degree documents are somehow not getting accepted at WES and we're not able to move forward.

She did her masters from DTU. Her transcripts were first sent via Fedex in a signed and sealed envelop but WES didnt accept. We asked the college to send them again, this time via a speed post from the post office within the Univ campus and now the status has gone "On Hold", waiting for verification from College.

We contacted the college immediately and they confirmed that they havent received any email yet from WES for her case. We dont see a point waiting for 7 weeks when we know they havent received an email.

Can you please suggest what we might do to get through this? Should we contact WES again and ask them to send another email? Please advice @Nishika22 .

So sorry to hear of the loop you guys are finding yourselves in Yes, I'd recommend that you use the 'Contact Us' section to send a webform to WES with the details of the correct ID at the college to send the verification email to. If you could also supplement it with a link from the college website that mentions the email ID of the person who is in-charge of verification, so much the better

Thanks a lot for your advice @Nishika22 . I did contact them via the contact us option, told them the story and how my institute has confirmed that they havent received any verification request from WES. I even shared the link from institute website having the email addresses from the appropriate department but all they're responding is to wait for 7 weeks. I wonder how the email is gonna magically appear in their inbox in 7 weeks. This is kinda going in a loop. Would you recommend getting this evaluation done from somewhere else? This is coming to a deadlock and is getting really frustrating. Would you have any other option I can try? @Nishika22

1. Courier delivered on 09 May 19
2. Documents received and under review - 13 May
3. Documents received and under review - 22 May
4. Documents of my previously evaluated degree which I did not resend have been accepted- 6 Jun
5. PG degree certificate and statement of marks NOT RECIEVED - 6 June

The status doesn't talk about the Official transcript that was in the courier as well

University sent the documents and we're received by A . Maple and suddenly today after one month of review WES states that the documents not received.

That implies the courier sent by university was empty. University also sent the second copy to me which clearly has my attested PG certificate, Official transcript and attested 4 semesters marksheets.

In the status update it no where stated that the documents were not sent by the university. University actually sent it, so I am confused.

I have written an e mail to www.wes.org/ca/ and have attached the second copy of the documents received by me along with the screen shot of the courier delivered and signed by A Maple.
Also have used the contact us form but could not attach the documents.

I applied for WES for my masters MBA.
On 18/2/2019 , status got change to
“ we received ur documents “ .
On 28/2/2019 status change to “ on hold “, university verification needed. I check with university, they reply to them n after 20 days again status change to “ we received ur documents “.
But on 18/4/2019 again status change to “ on hold “, university verification needed. It’s been 60 days , I checked with university they are saying they didn’t received any mail or verification from WES. In this time no status change .

Pls suggest what to do ?

Finally WES accepted to receiving the documents. Now they have send documents for verification from University. Will try nd contact the University to do the needful at the earliest.

Hi,

Is there any chance for Wes to send third verification request to university?

Currently, my profile is on hold for second verification. My university has sent their first verification response via snail indian registered post. It took almost 1 month to reach WES. Soon after, it reached there , my status changes from on hold to evaluation in progress. After couple of days, my profile was again put on hold for second verification from university. I am really worried about this situation.

Please share your thoughts on above.

Guys I have a query, my documents were accepted by WES on June 14. It says your report is due by July 5.

Are there any chances that after acceptance they will send documents to university for secondary verification or I will receive the report on the promised date.

I have read somewhere on the forum that they change the status to secondary verification pending even 1 day before report due date.

Really tensed now, did it happen with someone. Please help guys.
