Yes, based on the conversation I had with the customer rep, they will immediately send the courier after the payment.
The thing is, I didn't make the payment for few days as I was out of town, luckily got to know that my university received the documents.

My university says that now they will reply as soon as they receive a copy from wes so now i need to wait at least 1 more week

No clue, I am guessing it's the photocopy of the document to be verified. My university just told me to pay some fee after they receive the hard copy from WES and they sent a reply once I paid the fee.

Moreover WES is not ready to tell what is wrong with verification and neither telling me email id to which they have send an email for verification.

Could you forward me the VDR email? What is the correct expected format?

NOT SURE WHAT TO DO NEXT ....? ANY SUGGESTION WOULD BE MORE HELP FULL.

Hey did you get your WES results done. My BBA distance from Annamalai university is put on hold by WES. When I contacted my university they said they haven't received any verification requests.

Dear torchbearers Members (Specially Nishika22 & Jaywalker),
My Profile went on hold on 8th march 2019, then again it was put in progress on 2nd May 2019 and now again put on hold on 16th may for my master's degree (Course Distance MBA Alagappa University Tamil Nadu). Although WES has accepted my bachelor of Engineering from Amravati University.
I learnt a lot from this forum and I am very thankful to you guys. But still I need your help as my profile is still on hold. Please guide me what to do next.

hi any Osmania University, Hyderabad whose WES status is on HOLD? I also got verification email from WES, could you please help me understand the process? How long did University take to reply is it email or postal mail? After university reply how long WES TOOK to change the status?

I have sent my documents and WES has received it. However, the status now is put as "ON HOLD" and they need a secondary verification with the reason as below:
"Due to the increased incidence of fraud, WES conducts a secondary verification of documents. This is to advise you that WES has sent photocopies of your documents for verification both electronically and by standard postal mail to University of Mumbai. Your WES file is on hold until we receive a written response from this institution."

Does Mumbai university even responds to such verification ?? Has anyone faced this ?
