I am facing the same issue. My WES shows on hold. Its from Panjab University which apparently is a listed University with WES. They have even responded on the mail to WES 4 days ago. I have written mails to WES twice. But no response so far. Can any body confirm the lead time in this situation.
This definitely a drag. Though the process would have been helpful if we could have a seen progress chart of the same.
It is what it is.
Please do let me know the average lead time in this case.
Don't worry, my status got updated after one week. My transcripts are also from Panjab University.
Could you please share your times lines after your status went on hold?
Thanks hopefully, it's going to be a week already.Don't worry, my status got updated after one week. I also had my
WES On Hold: Sep 24
University received Documents: Oct 16
Revaluation Fees paid : Oct 22
University doesn’t respond via email and posts the documents.
Sent DM to WES on Nov 5 and they responded after 2 days stating they received the documents recently and the status changed to 'In Progress'.
Report under Review: Nov 7
Date of Completion: Nov 9
Final Review: Nov 12
ECA completed: Nov 13
It required multiple-followups in person to get them to reply. It was almost 1.5-2 weeks, with repeated 'f2f' remindersThanks @tintin2018, do you remember how long it took for Bangalore University to respond to Wes after you paid the fee?
Hmmm...just a tip...the usual mail ID WES is asking institutions to respond to is verifca8@wes.org in a majority of current cases. Do check with your institution which email ID they responded to. The red flag is if they sent a mail to auto-sender@wes.org. Because mails to that ID do bounce back, but not instantly. Hence, your institution might feel it’s been sent when in fact it’s come back
No, its not mandatory for the reply to be sent from the same ID as the one at which the reverification request was received. For instance, in my husband's case, IMT received the request at the GM Admin ID and sent its verification mail from the Controller of Exams ID. WES accepted it in his case, so you should have no problem even if your institution did send its response from an ID other than the one the request was originally received at. Hope to hear of a positive update in your account status soonThey have responded to verifca8 email id only. They had quoted the reference which was there in WES email also. Is it mandatory that the reply should be sent from the email id to which WES has emailed? My institution might have replied from concerned dept email id. Thank you

Annamalai university says they send email verification on 9th Friday.
WES says they have not received.

Too much pain from WES
