So I was able to speak to WES again now, and I got a real jerk named Angela, pardon my language! She first said that Verification email already sent to my school and they can only proceed when school replies.
When I pointed out that school didn't receive it and I already raised request through Contact Us form on 11th, she kept saying we've escalated it to concerned team and they will respond in 2-5 business days. So, it will be done next week. As much I requested to expedite it, she harped the same thing and sounded plain rude!
This whole affair is so very disappointing
