The mail came from auto-sender@wes.org
They are sending on both email and physical mail.
Hi @jeethus , check the base of the email. In the signature of the Director of Evaluations, there should be a unique email ID : (a number)@wes.org. Try copying and pasting the mail on a word document if the email ID does not display inline. I’ll let my husband’s institute know of the same (the unique ID for us), as it was otherwise masked as an image. I believe this should be the correct email ID to respond to, instead of auto-sender@wes.org, which is clearly an automated inbox without any individual manning it for responses. Hope it helps! I can understand how frustrating it is to constantly be looking over WES’ shoulder to second guess what we need to do next!
