WES ECA from Pakistan

Well, I have a bachelors degree from a University which is not in the list of the "WES list of institutes which they accpet" but my masters degree is on the list. So how should I go with WES in this case?
Is it possible if I can have my ECA for bachelors from CES or IQAS and ECA for masters from WES? If so, then what is procedure of it?

Well, IQAS takes too much time.
Does IQAS also accept HEC attested degrees? .It would be convenient for me to get HEC verified copies as compared to uni because HEC is nearer to me.

IQAS does not require HEC attestation.

Check your University under ICES. If its there, then apply ICES.

I have been trying to apply through IQAS but their website is giving run time error when I am trying to access their application for eca. Has anyone experienced this error before with iqas before.

Happens sometimes. So, try after 24 hours.

One more question, since I have my bachelors degree evaluated from IQAS, and my post graduate diploma is recognised from wes. Can I apply directly to wes for evaluation without sending my bachelors degree too. Their processing time is way much faster than IQAS ofcourse.

How can i check which universities are registered in WES from Pakistan. Because i have applied for my wife she studied from Preston University and in the result its showing no academic value and this University is not a academic university even though she got attested her certificate from HEC
