Thanks All. This has been very helpful forum which has provided lot of clarity.
It would be another great help if any one can please clarify on how to apply for Transcript from University.
I saw the link on Download page of University posted by one of you but no where on that page I am able to figure out that from where to apply. I am 1999 Batch BCA and need your help.
Additionally WES has changed rules from Dec 1 2018 that these Document needs to be posted by University Directly to their Canada office. Will University do this?
Please please please help.

hello Vgurnani,,
do one thing just go to university and get transcript from their it will be easy for you...try to take the envelope by hand and courier it by yourself to WES from nearest courier office from university...
