WES ECA - bachelor degree/master degree

Hi! I have two bachelor degrees ( well two careers in university of 5 years each). WES ECA sent me their validation and equivalent states as bachelor degree/ masters degree (same equivalent for both titles)

how I should submit my profile? As two diplomas/degrees or Master’s ?is there any difference in points?
