I did call the toll free number, the lady was very rude. All she had to say was that if you've not paid for documents to be sent abroad, they wont put in the portal, that is the rule.I reopened my existing query raised for applying transcripts. They said to raise a fresh request.
No the university is open as I am able to talk to them on there toll free number, but the lady sitting there says that she cannot help with this and you need to directly call the concerned department for the same, But nobody is picking the phone in the department.
I am considering paying the 3500 to get this over with.
