WES Documents - Speed Post India

Hi All,
I hope you all are safe and sound. After all this lockdown and all, my university finally sent my transcript to WES via IndiaPost and the last update I have received on CanadaPost site is as follows:

July 6	12:07 am	Item processed Mississauga, ON

The mail is displaying as In-Transit since 6th July with an expected delivery of 1-3 business days.
As you see, it has already been more than 6 days it is stuck in the same state. I tried their chat support and it only says that it is in transit. I am not getting any other info regarding it.
Anyone else had/having such issue?

check online from the source of your post... if it is speed post or a courier service. Check on its website with a tracking number that would be given to you in the acknowledgement slip. If your document has left India, then you can also track it on canada post tracking page. i have shared the links for India and Canada post where you can input the tracking/reference number.
Also consider the restricted movement of couriers and packages given the COVID 19 situation. Be patient and prepared for delays.

I am waiting for my WES transcripts delivery for more than 4 weeks, with the same status as "Missed Delivery", can we know, in which canada post it is being trapped and how WES will manage of such unsuccesful delivery attempts? any action/pro-activeness required for this "undelivery" ? please throw some light

Hi Guys,

My WES profile shows "We have not received the package yet" While it shows delivered to WES on 13th July (after reattempts) from India Post Tracker.
Could someone help me know how long does it take for this update to happen or should I call WES Canada? And if I need to reach then what could be the quickest way?

I am also in same boat. My WES profile status is on Hold and profile says "We have not received the package yet" While tracking information shows that the item is delivered (Item delivery confirmed) to M4M Location on 13th July 2020. No update since 13th july.

I have sent a lot of emails to WES but no reply from them. And their contact number does not work.

Any ideas or information would be appreciated.

Hi Pooja and others,
Its the exact same situation for me. I had sent documents from Bangalore university to WES through India Post on 4th Feb. It shows delivered on India post website as well as the Canada Post website that is mentione in this forum. It is delivered on 18th Feb.
But its 25th Feb today, and there is no acknowledgement from WES on this. Even in the 'Track package' option on WES account, it says that 'We have not received your package yet'.
Reading the thread I understand that 3 days is normal for WES to update and i expericenced the same with my other degrees that I have sent. But for this one it is already 6 days.
Can anyone highlight if there is any sort of delay that WES is undergoing ? or any change in process or acknowledgement procedure? Would appreciate ideas, information as well as other experiences on this kind of situation.
Help Out!!

Guys, wait for few more days as they are flooded with requests.

I got a response from them that my application will be processed by the 1st week of September.

Just to update you all guys.

My status is in Progress now in WES Account and my application will be processed in the 1st week of September.

13TH JULY 2020: Item delivery confirmed/(M4M Location). No updates on that.
6th AUGUST 2020: WES updates status in my account.


So dont worry. They are doing good. Might be they are not updating information in your account due to lack of staff.

Hi All,

I have recently sent my transcripts to WES through speed post India. I would like share my experience.

I posted my transcripts 6th April from Bangalore, India. I paid Rs.1045 for the same. It took exactly 10 days(8 Working days). Tracking and customer service were very good. Only thing is after it left Mumbai status was not updated for 6 days, however when i post a online complaint they replied back with flight details in which the parcel was shipped. Overall experience is excellent. I would recommend people to use India post as you can save 1/3 of the amount against sending in Courier service.

Hi, How are you? Hope you are all doing well. My transcripts are also sent through Indian post speed post. It reached on 08/09/2020, and the status is the item delivered. But, when I see the status in my WES account, it is still showing ON HOLD. Do have any idea when they will change the status message and what about the status in your account?

India Post Tracking shows my documents have already reached WES two days back. Whereas, WES shows status as 'on hold' - we are waiting for your document(s).
I assume that WES takes a few days to update, Correct me if I am wrong.

Documents received in our WES Canada office by October 13, 2020, will be processed by October 23, 2020.

This is the last update from WES. Accordingly, you should get an update around 23rd. Thanks!
