India Post and Canada Post tracking Site states that the parcel was delivered on Feb 14th. But I do not see the updates in WES Website yet. Is your item confirmed in WES website. If so how many days did it take?

Hi Pooja and others,
Its the exact same situation for me. I had sent documents from Bangalore university to WES through India Post on 4th Feb. It shows delivered on India post website as well as the Canada Post website that is mentione in this forum. It is delivered on 18th Feb.
But its 25th Feb today, and there is no acknowledgement from WES on this. Even in the 'Track package' option on WES account, it says that 'We have not received your package yet'.
Reading the thread I understand that 3 days is normal for WES to update and i expericenced the same with my other degrees that I have sent. But for this one it is already 6 days.
Can anyone highlight if there is any sort of delay that WES is undergoing ? or any change in process or acknowledgement procedure? Would appreciate ideas, information as well as other experiences on this kind of situation.

WES address pincode is M5B right ? How does it move from M4M to M5B ? Mine is stuck at M4M since a week and WES says it has not received the package.
Does Canada Post website be used to track the package sent through India Post ? Please guide. My package is at M4M location in Toronto and not received by WES yet.
Yah ! recently WES is taking more time. My courier was delivered on 18th Feb but they updated only on 27th Feb. But ultimately they did so they don't leave you in a blind spot atleast.
Yah you can do that. The link for canada post is somewhere in this thread. someone had shred it. Also all the couriers are delivered at M4M only though their address has M5B code. But M4M is usual so your courier is at the right place.
check online from the source of your post... if it is speed post or a courier service. Check on its website with a tracking number that would be given to you in the acknowledgement slip. If your document has left India, then you can also track it on canada post tracking page. i have shared the links for India and Canada post where you can input the tracking/reference number.
Also consider the restricted movement of couriers and packages given the COVID 19 situation. Be patient and prepared for delays.

I have same issue regarding my WES documents. According to the india post my documents has been delivered on May 26 but on my WES account it still says “waiting for your documents” what should i do now? And india post’s tracking information says M4M location in canada but WES postel code is M5B.

hi i guess there’s nothing to worry about cause according to tracking information my documents were delivered at M4M location on May26 and WES updated my account on july 04.Now my account says it’s in progress.
I’ve called WES few days ago they said there’s delay in every document they’ve received after march 10 due to covid. They don’t have enough staff members to open the packages and updating account information.
