But to answer the question you don't want to ask me: WES decided your degree was fake. They will have told IRCC, as they said in their message to you.

A competing service has provided an equivalency. Now IRCC will need to decide who to believe.

Hey my degree is evaluated in CES. Do you think there will be any problems if I apply for immigration?

It is upto the Visa Officer to decide.
since WES has already reported to IRCC/CIC about this, while applying for PR, it is better to write LOE(letter of explanation) with all proofs (like a confirmation/verification letter from your college/University), so the Visa officer can be satisfied that your credentials are genuine.
Be positive.

Just for context, there was someone here who had their master's degree evaluated as just postgraduate diploma by WES, submitted another application to a different ECA provider, and got it assessed as equivalent to a master's degree.

His application was rejected because IRCC went with the lower evaluation of the degree.

Now, imagine they receive a communication from WES that your degree is fraudulent. What do you think they will go with?

I actually have fun reading the back and forth between these two guys. Lmao.. on a serious note tho, you guys need to actually put the effort, time and energy to earn a degree just like everybody else. Stop buying degrees and then trying to get away with murder. IRCC are not fools, they have a whole system in place to verify everything you say and document.
