University said they will verify it. And agreed to give me an affidavit with vice counsellor signature and stamp on it or whatever I need to prove that its genuine. The question is I haven't applied for PR yet nor I am eligible right now. So have I still misrepresented ?

I don't think this will help. The school you attended is a diploma mill. Results will be the same.

It was 3 years bachelor in CS. And I did not do any assignments. Direct exams.

Again - it's a diploma mill. That's why your account was closed. Getting a letter from the school isn't going to help. You bought a degree rather than completing studies to actually earn it.

The same university agreed to verify the degree is genuine. I'll try to get it verified again if not I'll go back to home country. Atleast I wont have to worry about the ban. Then later om maybe I can apply for a different country on the basis of my canadian degree and work experience. Will see how it goes.

You would have to apply to find out if IRCC considered you to be misrepresenting.

If the degree is so genuine, why are you so confident you'll be banned or have to return home? If it's genuine, you should be able to not worry about it. If you get a question from IRCC, you can submit the verification letter you get from the university. You may need to use a different equivalency service to see if they think it's fake.

Your insistence that you need to return to your home country over this makes me think that either you know the degree is fake, or you have suspicions about something. If you were absolutely confident the degree were genuine, you should be trying to find a way to prove it.

There is an option on WES as what purpose are you evaluating your degree. If you checked on Immigration, which I guess you would have, then WES will notify it to IRCC.

No one is trying to scare you, people are being genuine in their response.
Hey my degree is evaluated in CES. Do you think there will be any problems if I apply for immigration?
