WES: After how many days do they change the status to "Evaluation in Progress"?

even im in same situation.will it increase now iam at 426 asfter spouse wes i will be 436 still document received status

My documents were received by wes on 30th. of January and the status on my profile changed to "documents received-review in progress". Then after verification of documents I presume, status changed to "evaluation in progress" on 5th of February. I have 435 points, and the draw on 1st march closed on 434 points. so you can imagine what's going on in my mind as the status is still "evaluation in progress". What if the score goes back up. I wanna rip my hair out.

Did you try contacting them ? If yes what was the reply ?

Contacting WES is pointless. They barely reply to emails or phone calls. The only way I was able to get things moving was by spamming them on Twitter. Even then they only replied AFTER they updated my file (I had made sure to send them my tracking code in the initial message)
Took a full week after DHL says they received the documents until they changed it.

20 working days to complete the evaluation from 'Evaluation in progress', received my result on the 21st day.

03/02/17 - Packet delivered at WES office
08/02/17 - Review In-Progress
13/02/17 - Evaluation In-Progress
13/03/17 - Evaluation completed

As someone who has done both WES and IQAS (IQAS was for my spouse), I would say, if you value your sanity, please go with IQAS. They do it in 15 working days and are contactable and more customer friendly. They stick to timelines. You do not have an online account like WES but they say right at the start that it will come in 15 working days (used to be 10 but they increased it recently) and they stick to that commitment. On the 15th day or even a day before, they will mail you a confirmation with the soft copy!

WES drove me up the wall. 40 minutes waiting time to talk to someone. Unanswered emails. And worst of all, its all very vague. They say 20 working days but thats from the time "evaluation in progress" starts. The whole WES saga goes on for around 45 days!

depends but if u contact them sometimes they will expedite the process ( contact through mail) personal experience

Wait for 2-3 business days for them to update the status.

On their website, you can see a tool to check if they have received the documents or not. Try that too.

BTW, its good to see someone from Bhopal.

Hi All,

WES docs were sent by DHL from New Delhi on 16th May'17,

Received by Maple on 19th May.

WES portal Status changed from Documents Pending to "Documents received - review in progress" on 29th May.

Can anyone suggest when should i expect the next update from WES?

My case so far..

As per tracking, documents reached on 12th May
Status changed to "Documents received - review in progress" on 15th May
Status changed to "Evaluation in Progress" on 24th May

So far, its still the same. Will let you all know once my ECA is complete.

My documents were recieved by WES on 1st June, Review in Progress changed on 7th of June and Evaluation In progress changed on 14th June? Anyone can response how much time it will take to complete?

WES updated the status after 3 Bussiness days to "Document received: Review in Progress": June 6th 2017
WES updated the status to "Evaluation in Progress" :June 14th 2017
WES changed the status to: Evaluation report being prepared for delivery: June 26th 2017
WES Completed the evaluation and mailed: June 28th 2017.

On 20th Day, I recieved my evaluation report.
