Issue:
Based on my parents renewed passport, I am trying to submit a new visitor visa application. However, while doing so from the IRCC portal, I am getting a weird error on the biometric question since last 2 days.
Since they already have a valid biometric with more than 7 years of validity, I am choosing Yes to the below question
"In the last 10 years, have you provided your biometrics (fingerprints and photo) when applying for a visitor visa, visitor extension, restoration of status, work permit (including renewals), study permit (including renewals), or temporary resident permit? (required)"
Choosing yes, brings the below question with only one option to select which seems like an error
* Do you wish to give your biometrics again or re-use your valid biometrics? (required)

What have I done to solve this:
1. Tried to delete the application and start a new one
2. Tried to register a new account and start a new application (assuming something broke with the account since I started a super visa application and changed it to visitor visa)
3. Waited 2-3 days assuming it must be a temporary issue and started a new application
4. I have tried calling IRCC but I could not get to to an agent
5. I have submitted a webform but I do not expect they will respond since I haven't submitted an application
6. Clicking on Report error on this page button is pretty much useless since it takes me to a generic page with no call to action
What options do I have? Anyone facing similar issues? If you are in a process of applying for visitor visa could you choose yes for this option to see if the error persists for you as well?
Note: I cannot use the new portal for visitor visa since this is a group application of two
