You can try applying for a visa through the CUAET program however it's hard to say how IRCC will assess your relationship due to the limited time you've spent together physically and the simple court marriage. You haven't said what the age gap is or commented on other factors of your relationship (e.g. if you have combined assets, etc.). So hard to say what will happen. However you can certainly try. Expect processing times of 4 months or longer before you know if the application is approved or refused.
