I'm sure I've seen something on here somewhere about this but I haven't been able to find it so my apologies for asking again!
I received my WES today and went into my eligible express entry profile to update the certificate number and the level of education.
Basically my WES says in summary that it's equivalent to a bachelor degree (3 year), however, I got both my accountancy qualification assessed, one came out as a diploma (2 years) and the other as a bachelor degree (3 years), so I selected the 'two degrees / diplomas one of which must be for 3 years' as my education level.
I changed nothing else but now my update has come back as ineligible?? This is a higher level of education than I'd previously entered as I was playing on the safe side so is this a CIC glitch??? I can't seem to edit and resubmit now - am I going to have to do the whole thing again?
Thanks for any help in advance!
