I am also waiting for AOR. My PER from march 9 application date 18 dec.

This is really driving me crazy!!!!! So tired of waiting for AOR. I have read somewhere that people got their SLU without AOR from Warsaw. Anyway, it is not fair))

Well, the whole process itself is not fair in terms of being out of FIFO principle:) but... we have what we have...... Why don't you call CIC ? Many people did the same and received verbal confirmations of the file transfer.

I have received my medicals request and have completed it as well on 24th April. When I went for PCC the PSK guys told me that the passport is a bit damaged and asked to take approval for the Assistant passport officer which I did and now waiting for my PCC. My concern is will this cause an issue at the time of PPR and visa stamping ? Can i get another passport before PPR or wait for PPR and then get a new passport or leave it as it is.
The damage is minor the binding treads are lose between the blue cover and the booklet inside it. Is this fine or passport needs to be changed if yes what is the process as I can't change the passport now because visa will be issued to me on the same passport

Friends please advice

SL means that VO has started the scrutiny of the file. If the case is simple MR will come after some 10-15 days.

Best of luck !

Thanks for reply dear but what is the definition of SIMPLE?

I suggest do not do anything until you receive any specific request from VO.

Hello

I strongly recommend, Please go-ahead and apply for New Passport

If the address in the Passport and the Currently where You are residing is same, Please go-ahead and Apply for Re-issue in Tatkal, You will get it in 5 Working Days. In this case no need to inform VO for extension.

1) Apply for Re-issue ( Tatkal )
2) Once You received Your new Passport, Apply for PCC

If the Address is different

1) Inform VO for Extension
2) Apply for Re-issue ( Normal ) - may take 20 Working Days
3) Once You received Your new Passport, Apply for PCC

hi all,

I had received MR request on 20-Apr-2015, got done MR on 24-Apr-2015 but hospital asked for re-sample of my spouse on 04-May-2015. Finally our MR took long and got uploaded on 4th may. My consultancy had uploaded RPRF and passport copies via warsaw portal. As i was not sure about this method I personally sent the warsaw VO all the docs again today. Will this cause any delay in the process of my application? ???

Please help! :-\

Hello

If the hospital You completed the medicals got eMedical facility, then Hospital will upload the Docs
Following is the list of Documents have to send by email and hard copies by Courier
PS: Email just to speed up the process

1) Keep the MR email as Covering Letter for Your Courier to Warsaw
2) RRPF Receipt Print Out - Write Down Your UCI, DOB, Passport Number, File Number
3) PCC - Originals, MANDATORY *** Softcopies are strictly not accepted
4) Medical Receipts

Ganesh

Hi James,

Simply compare the below 2 cases:

Case 1. Single applicant, no relatives in Canada, worked in 1 or 2 companies, clear-cut reference letters with supporting employment documents, minor travel history (especially to the so-called “high risk” countries), duly prepared package etc.

Case 2. Married applicant, relatives in Canada, worked in many companies, vague references with lack of supporting documents, long travel list, etc.

It is obvious that the Case 2 will take much longer to scrutinize as it is more complicated and time consuming.
