Hello my friend,

I'm the same NOC and the same visa office, and at last the same wait, no response from Warsaw! We have to wait!

Hi guys,

I have received another e-mail from Warsaw regarding my medical request and request for additional documents. And I am sharing this information with you as I received many questions on this matter.

First, I received an e-mail from Do Not Reply - Ne Pas Repondre <Client-update-mise-a-jour-at-cic.gc.ca> with Citizenship & Immigration Canada: Information about E000XXXXXX in the subject field.
This e-mail had medical instructions and a form attached. In about half an hour I received exactly the same mail for my spouse, so they come separately. I also noticed that the second mail had different UCI number but the same Application No. as my spouse had been assigned a unique UCI and that is okay. They gave us 30 days for meds.

Next day I received another e-mail from WSAWIMMIGRATION-at-international.gc.ca with Request for documents Name Surname E000XXXXXX in the subject.
This e-mail had instructions on what documents and further actions they expect. They gave us 60 days for docs.
The content of this e-mail varies as it is quite case-specific. In my case we were required to send an updated PCC for my spouse, undergo medical examinations, provide photocopies of all pages of our passports, and pay the Right of Permanent Residence Fees (RPRF) which is $490 per person. There was a link to further instructions of how to pay but it didn't work so I found this service myself at the CIC web site. Here it is: https://eservices.cic.gc.ca/epay/welcome.do?lang=en - I paid online with my CC and had the receipt printed out
Sometimes they do ask for updated PoF but it was not my case. Even though I had no transactions history in my initial application, a current balance certification letter only.

Here goes my updated timeline:
21-JUL-2014 - in CIO
15-NOV-2014 - PER
01-DEC-2014 - AoR from Warsaw
15-JAN-2015 - Processing started, 2nd line in eCAS
12-FEB-2015 - Medical Request (30 days)
13-FEB-2015 - Request for docs (RPRF, PCC, Photocopies of passports)

I'm gonna keep y'all posted in this thread as well as update the SS accordingly and in a timely manner.

Best wishes and good luck!

By the way What is the VO you mentioned in your app

sorry for being inquisitive

Request to clarify few points.

So is it confirmed and safe to say that we can pay RPRF by Credit Card instead of DD payable at Canada or postal order payable at WVO? One applicant P3142 had reported that Warsaw VO accepts the payment (1) DD in Canadian Dollars issued by a Canadian Bank (2) A certificate issued by the Post Office in Poland and paid processing fee of CAD150 by DD.

Do we need to courier the hard copies of RPRF, MR form, MR receipt and PP copies or we can scan and upload it as CSE?

Let me share my experience. Although we didn't have medical request and any request at all, we (my husband and I) decided to pay RPRF in advance. It is also mentioned on Warsaw VO's site that it can be done any time. So we paid by credit card, then we printed out the receipt and filled in the needed info, then scanned it. We also wrote the letter, signed it and scanned it. We sent the scanned letter and scanned receipt through Warsaw Case Specific Enquiry form and in message box wrote the same text we wrote in letter. We also asked if the payment was received. In 4 days we got a reply from Warsaw VO, they confirmed the receipt of the payment. Hope it helps!

The above link is the fee payment for Poland. I am still trying to get a DD in Canadian dollars issued by a Canadian bank. To my inquiry email, the Poland VO also confirmed the same.

Yes, guys, it is indicated quite clear:

Right of Permanent Residence Fee (RPRF)

Applicants for permanent residence can pay the Right of Permanent Residence Fee ($490) at the time they submit their application or at a later date when requested. The processing fee is still required when submitting an application.

You can now pay your Right of Permanent Residence Fee online. View the Instructions on how to pay your fees.

Once you have completed your online payment, please retain a copy of the receipt and forward the confirmation of payment to the following e-mail address:
warsaw-im-enquiry@international.gc.ca. The e-mail to our office must include the following information:

Subject line: Payment for [insert your immigration file number]
Body: Given/family names and date of birth of the principal applicant

Hello,

Yes, this is confirmed and save. Please refer to my previous message and link provided above. And why CAD150? It's $490 per person.

Dear RomanSPB ,

Thanks for your inofrmation and +1 for that.

Ya I know RPRF is CAD 490 but CAD 150 was paid as processing fee by applicant P3142 to add a child to his application as his application is with WVO.

b]Has anybody noticed, the processing times of VO is increased.
The processing time for CVO is increased from 12 to 14 months, NDVO from 22 to 24 months and WVO from 22 to 34 months.
Ironical that CIC have transferred our files to WVO for faster processing >:( :'([/b]

Labour record book doesn't mention job duties, so it's irrelevant for Canadian immigration.

Many like you have not received it....please update your profile info, in the separate spreadsheet for Warsaw applicants (link below)...since after PER stage it will be great to have all Warsaw applicants having one common place to estimate whats next...

Not exactly. There's "and other supporting documents" or something like that in the initial checklist, so this may count. By the way, by having reviewed several CAIPS/GCMS notes made by my friends (who alrady are in Canada) I can tell you that immigration officers even use a 'wb' abbreviation for that and make 'very well documented employment history' notes. For sure letters of reference are 'must have' and obviosly is one of the most important parts of the application, but labour record books may improve overall consistency and completeness of the file and reduce risk of further background checks.

By the way, tomorrow in the morning we'll undergo the med exams. Kinda nervous. Even though I know it all should be fine.
