By the way, by having reviewed several CAIPS/GCMS notes made by my friends (who alrady are in Canada) I can tell you that immigration officers even use a 'wb' abbreviation for that and make 'very well documented employment history' notes. For sure letters of reference are 'must have' and obviosly is one of the most important parts of the application, but labour record books may improve overall consistency and completeness of the file and reduce risk of further background checks.

By the way, tomorrow in the morning we'll undergo the med exams. Kinda nervous. Even though I know it all should be fine.

Wish you a good and smooth MR

Please keep on posting

Hi Guys

I had called up CIC and was told that my app is awaiting transfer to Warsaw VO. I find that application with PER date later than mine have already received AOR from warsaw, while i have'nt. Is this normal? or is my app going thorugh some additional verification process?
Hi sss82,

We have the same timeline! I am so much troubled about not receiving AOR. What do you think? What can be the reason??

Dear group members
I have been following you discussions for a long time at this particular group and in the forum in general.
Thanks for sharing with very useful information.
Now it is time also for me to share:
NOC: 0111
Application sent: 20 Oct 2014
Credit Card Charged: 23 Dec 2014
PER: 21 Jan 2015
AOR: 11 Feb 2015
I will share with you my updates.
Good luck to all of you.

Dear Avetik,
As far as i understood you are from Armenia. I have received my PER on January 15, 2015. According to the statistics I should have already received my AOR, but I have not received it yet. I am so much worried because in my application I have mentioned that my visa office is Moscow. Please tell me, is it possible that the delay is because of that?

Also, if you don't mind, we could exchange our tel. numbers and share our experience.

Hi guys,

I have received another e-mail from Warsaw regarding my medical request and request for additional documents. And I am sharing this information with you as I received many questions on this matter.

First, I received an e-mail from Do Not Reply - Ne Pas Repondre <Client-update-mise-a-jour-at-cic.gc.ca> with Citizenship & Immigration Canada: Information about E000XXXXXX in the subject field.
This e-mail had medical instructions and a form attached. In about half an hour I received exactly the same mail for my spouse, so they come separately. I also noticed that the second mail had different UCI number but the same Application No. as my spouse had been assigned a unique UCI and that is okay. They gave us 30 days for meds.

Next day I received another e-mail from WSAWIMMIGRATION-at-international.gc.ca with Request for documents Name Surname E000XXXXXX in the subject.
This e-mail had instructions on what documents and further actions they expect. They gave us 60 days for docs.
The content of this e-mail varies as it is quite case-specific. In my case we were required to send an updated PCC for my spouse, undergo medical examinations, provide photocopies of all pages of our passports, and pay the Right of Permanent Residence Fees (RPRF) which is $490 per person. There was a link to further instructions of how to pay but it didn't work so I found this service myself at the CIC web site. Here it is: https://eservices.cic.gc.ca/epay/welcome.do?lang=en - I paid online with my CC and had the receipt printed out
Sometimes they do ask for updated PoF but it was not my case. Even though I had no transactions history in my initial application, a current balance certification letter only.

Here goes my updated timeline:
21-JUL-2014 - in CIO
15-NOV-2014 - PER
01-DEC-2014 - AoR from Warsaw
15-JAN-2015 - Processing started, 2nd line in eCAS
12-FEB-2015 - Medical Request (30 days)
13-FEB-2015 - Request for docs (RPRF, PCC, Photocopies of passports)

I'm gonna keep y'all posted in this thread as well as update the SS accordingly and in a timely manner.

Best wishes and good luck!
+1 for sharing everything!

Yes, guys, it is indicated quite clear:

Right of Permanent Residence Fee (RPRF)

Applicants for permanent residence can pay the Right of Permanent Residence Fee ($490) at the time they submit their application or at a later date when requested. The processing fee is still required when submitting an application.

You can now pay your Right of Permanent Residence Fee online. View the Instructions on how to pay your fees.

Once you have completed your online payment, please retain a copy of the receipt and forward the confirmation of payment to the following e-mail address:
warsaw-im-enquiry @ international.gc.ca. The e-mail to our office must include the following information:

Subject line: Payment for [insert your immigration file number]
Body: Given/family names and date of birth of the principal applicant
Dear RomanSPb,

The RPRF is 490$ for each?? For me and my husband each 490$ ?? Or 490$ for both of us???

Hey girl,

I wrote them as well, a week ago - but I've got no response, yet. Still CIC wrote me that my file has been recently transferred to WARSAW.

Thanks for nice words..
I agree that Global Spreadsheet is wonderful but actually not very helpful for cases like ours (transferred from NDVO to Warsaw) to properly track the progress and guesstimate our timelines....
Thus a spreadsheet for Warsaw cases....

Hey guys, don't be so pushy:) Why are you so eager to send enquires, e-mails or even make "what's up calls" if, first, your cases are just within the normal timelines of the Warsaw visa office and, second, they clearly ask us not to bother them too early? :)

You know what they've written in the request for additinal docs, meds and RPRF, eh? They asked me to wait at least six months before I write them to find out my application status.

My timeline is pretty good for WVO, you can compare your milestones to it before decide whether it is okay or not.

By the way, today we passed the med exams:)

P.S. Request GCMS notes and see what happens! :)

That person we are both referring to never mentioned if LRB was the only employment reference document he/she had submitted to the CIO. If that's the case, that's too bad (no JDs). Otherwise, having it as a supplementary supporting document won't hurt as you mentioned in your reply.

Roman,
In your opinion, when is the right time in number of days after AOR to raise a CSE with WVO?.
