Interview........
Not needed
I have not been on here lately. But after two stern emails to our MP CIC sent the refusal letter to us which we repeatedly requested over the past month. Case management is looking at what the hell happened with our case in Warsaw. If they feel a need they can send our case to another VO to have a look. I hope that happens. As well have sent the paperwork for an appeal if it comes to that.

do you mean they refused to provide your MP with information on your case? or they made a decision and didn't approve PR?

Does not apply to you,at least I'm fairly certain. Was this mentioned in passport request letter to you? Could you quote that part here?
....Please also note that Permanent residents (PRs) of Canada must carry and present a valid PR card or permanent resident travel document (PRTD) when boarding a flight to Canada, or travelling to Canada on any other commercial carrier. If you do not have a PR card, you need to apply for a PRTD, or you may not be able to board your flight, train, bus or boat to Canada. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/travel-document/index.asp It is your responsibility to ensure that your PR card is still valid when you return from travel outside Canada, and to apply for a new PR card when your current card expires. If your PR card expires, it does not mean you have lost permanent resident status. We wish you a pleasant journey and every success in your future in Canada

Yes does not apply to you. You have copr for first entry. After that, pr card or PRTD. (actually I think maybe you can use copr to enter from USA until you get your first card but not sure)

Difference is that you are not a PR yet. You will be when you land.

All you need is COPR and that single-entry visa they issued you.
