Ok, no procedural fairness letter either, so I hope you are right and the pre-arrival one arrives soon. What a day...What a day! CongratulationsNo reason to be worried. If you didn’t receive a procedural fairness letter you are just fine.

Acc to GCMS, Warsaw had the file but as of the date of GCMS (30 days before I received), eligibilty and security had 'not started.' I'm still not into ECAS.
As we are a somewhat large family I'm not surprised it will take a little longer. Hoping it will still be reasonably quick. I think the big quesiton mark will be security.
One thing I learned from the GCMS notes was that the official letters are sent by machine, in a 'batch processing app.' Not surprisingly, but what it means in part is that sometimes these batch processing apps will send things out at slightly odd times or orders; either there are database issues or simply processing / server use scheduled for 'quiet times.'
We are like detectives trying to piece things together from a dozen different sources.
I am hoping it's just a short delay in an otherwise good outcomes, but can't help the stress until I see whatever it is they are going to send. This is nerve-wracking process.

But in your case, I think it's not worth worrying, relax for the weekend. DM showing for PA and no negative indications seems to always mean the PPR is coming soon, often quite soon.

Exactly! A review of the forums suggests most people get the pre-arrival letter either with the decision made change or even before it. But it looks like that's not always the case, so I'll have to wait and see

Firstly it was extra 1,5 months for SA, secondly my medical results STILL haven’t been updated even though they responded they got them. I’m starting to think that there’s something wrong with my results When we did ours, the doc said that if anything were wrong with the results, the doctor's office would reach out to us and if we heard nothing from the doctors that meant that the results were find.I think our case will take a longer time too since we’re not married. And I guess I’m getting used to experience delays
Hopefully they are just taking a little longer to review yours!
Thank you for your reply. I got my results in 30 mins after I took all the exams. They are all negative. But my case is a bit complicated because I had several surgeries as a child. So my doctor said that IRCC could send me a request for extra tests or extra docs from hospital. My point is maybe they don’t know what to do with me. But I hope it’s just a simple (1,5 months) delay

so as you already said, yes, I got DM but without pre-arrival yet. I think that I'll receive them both with PPR or maybe with couple days difference. So no need to worry @AndyK1 , DM is already huge happiness, but my husband is still cannot believe that our process is over)) now it's the most difficult part, you know that it's over, but you need to wait for PPRand this weekend...two days of complete silence)))) so insane
