And does anyone know if they send it threw email or via mail

Thank you very much

I've got everything in email. I am from Poland, not sure if it makes difference or not.
I am in Canada, so then my COPR was sent by mail (pre-paid courier), other option was personal pick up at embassy in Warsaw.

Mertik, could you please look at the spreadsheet, if your dates are ok? It looks that CIC got it BEFORE you sent it :D
Please, be careful, as the date format is Canadian, so first is month, then day and year. I still can't get used to it, now I will finally have to 8)

Malinka, thanks for nice words. I was looking for Warsaw times so often, to compare with anybody, but there was nothing! So finally I decided to make an Warsaw excel file, at least people after me will be able to compare their timelines :)

Hi mertik!

I am from Russia, and as far as I know Armenia is not visa exempt, so we are in the same situation. I looked around other forums as well and it looks like we first should get an email with instructions on sending the passports to the embassy. After that they should send back the passports with visas and COPR in the mail.

And no they didn't ask for passport copies from us. Hope that doesn't mean a negative decision on our case. I sent a notarised copy of all pages of my passport in the beginning of the process, maybe that is why they did't request copies of all pages? ??? I have no idea.

Guys, those of you who got requests for copies of all pages of the passport, did you you initially send only the info page of your passport with the application, or all pages? Just trying to figure out if thats why they didn't ask us while we wait to hear the decison ;D

Exactly the problem I had, kept going to spreadsheets of different months looking if there was anyone going through Warsaw. It will sure make it easier for those who are just starting the process to see what to expect :)

For my wife's application we initially only sent the info page, when she eventually went to "in process" she was then asked to send a copy of all pages. She went decision made on a Thursday, we didn't hear anything until the following Tuesday when she was asked to send her actual passport. She is Russian and used a VAC to send her passport to Moscow for visa stamp and COPR, it was then returned to the VAC for her to pick up.

hi everyone
I landed yesterday, on Rainbow Bridge in Niagara Falls, and it was awfully long. Probably choosing 4th of July was not my best decision, so many people! I waited 2 hours already after they took my passport. Other than that, everything was nice and quick, no problems, nice officer. Just one advice: probably best not to choose the US/Canadian border in tourist city, on the day when most people travel both ways like crazy :D

Now I feel soooo good, finally nothing hanging over my head, I can be with my partner, I can work, I can be here with no fear I will not be let in next time! huuuuge relief :D hope for all of you to feel the same soon! :)

Thanks for your reply mcbeth! That makes me feel a bit better about no passport copy request and waiting for PPR now :) It seems like times from DM to PPR vary pretty significantly.

Hi, Ashia!

As I understood, you were staying in Canada, when you received your PPR. Can you tell, where did you send your passport? Warsaw or Ottawa? I heard that people, who are staying in Canada during outside process, can send their passports in Ottawa instead of their home visa office.

Thank you in advance.
