Why do u expect medical redo? Is it expired?

Considering the meds were done Nov 15th 2013, I'm hoping for the best but preparing for the worst. Of course there's always the chance the embassy extends it, but without knowing...

My wife's application was sent to Moscow approximately one year ago, that was when the embassy in Moscow was still doing the Russian applications. In September our file was sent to Poland. So either way her application is ahead of CIC's time estimates. 12 months instead of 18 for Moscow, 5 months instead of 8-9 for Warsaw.

It's not over yet of course, but at least the finish line is in sight.

They didn't extend my medical time,,my meds were done Feb 3th 2014 ,,therefore it was expired this year,,then they requested me to redo the medical 3 days ago,,,I was also hoping they would extend at least a month and a half, but no..they just requested the 2nd,,,,I hope they don't request u to redo it)))

U will definitely hear some news very soon and your wife will get her visa soon,,cause yes it is not still over, but this process is going to be over very very soon for the ones whose applications were transferred from Moscow to Warsaw.

ok, got it. it confuses me when files are transferred from one VO to another, but apparently sometimes it works well :)

I kept applying but each time I was gathering new documents and stronger ties to my country.. But anyway I was refused and I gave up :))

And did u get ur passport request or still waiting?

Nothing yet. I ordered the case notes a month ago. CD arrived and looked at it. Absolutely nothing other than a cover page indicating the date received and sent to Warsaw and then 120 page copy of my application. Sent another request and chose different options this time. Hopefully they send the proper notes next time!

No request for official passport yet (hopefully they won't). It has been a month now since passport copy request. No change in online status.

MyCIC seems to be down for Sign-In Partners...can't check the emails I received from CIC on my TRV application as I cannot access the account. Called CIC and they too are having problems and said try again later. Great answers.

Today they asked my wife for updated information on form Schedule A IMM5669E, an updated police certificate, and photocopy of all pages in her and her son's passports. We have 30 days to comply. Ecas still shows In Process.

I will. Very frustrating...was hoping to have it all done by the expiration of my work permit next month. Only good news was that CIC approved my TRV yesterday so I can stay as a visitor. Well I still have 8 days left to get DM otherwise I activate the TRV.

Hello Everyone
I am sponsoring my spouse from Armenia (outland) was wondering if you guys had a case like mine.
The Mississauga office mixed our application from outland to inland and i got SA approved after almost 4 months. Sent in in october 8 th 2014 sa approved feb 4 th 2015.
Now our application is in Warsaw, was wondering if anyone had smth like this before and whether i should write a letter asking to fasten up our application because of the delays.

Would strongly appreciate any advice.

Thanks and good luck to all of us. (:

Thanks for the reply.
Did you write any letters before to Warsaw, is it good or bad or do you know how do they react?
Thank you. :)
