and curious: it does look like Warsaw doesn't update myCIC and ECAS much until the last minute for DM, right? Or did you manage to see the change into background check in progress? I am trying to figure out when would be the best time to order GMCS notes.

Ecas went from In process to decision made without any other update, but i did see on my GCMS notes from Jan 13 that our background checks and medicals were updated. I never used Mycic, though.
You should order GCMS notes, they give you a little more info on your case, such as officer notes.

I'll do that in a few weeks, I think: I don't want to wait too long (in case there's a problem, knock on wood there isn't, of course!), but I also thought, since they come in a month late, I might as well give them some time to work on our app and mention some things to each other... I wonder: apart from the communications between the officer in CPC Miss and WVO at transfer, is there anything else we might see? As in: does more than one person work on the app at WVO? Or, if it's one person, do they need to put in comments/notes in the system anyway?

Hi im a July 11th applicant I go my passport request with 2 photos today finally and online it says DM, does this mean that I got approved ? And how long after they get my passport I can get it back? Please let me know.

Yes you are soon a resident of Canada! congratulations. They are very quick with the turnaround of your passport. Generally 3-10 days

Most of what is interesting is in the notes at the end. The dates other than when the gcms notes were captured are generally meaningless

Yeah, that's what I thought... question is, how often are notes captured with WVO Anyways, might try this or next month!
