I had interview... they took everything from me like proofs and documents... they said we will review ur file and will tell u..I am just sad....what I do I need help.....please help

why are you sad? They did not refuse you. They just need to check your documents. If you have sufficient proof and all the documents are correct, you will be fine.

same thing happened to someone???

has anyone applied for a spouse open work permit in Warsaw with paper application? How long did the process take?

You should post to the Foreign Workers section. The process for SOPW is totally different.

You've posted this question a few times. No one can tell you what they are going to do. All you can do is wait.

Hello!
Just came back from Warsaw! It took them like 50min to give me all my papers and they also returned everything i sent, like birth certificate ect. If u r planning to go with someone, dont even bother. They dont let anyone but you to come inside so other person has to freeze outside. There was one woman with me waiting for an interview. Her husband flew from Canada to be with her but he couldnt come inside the building. He was pissed off. Over all they r very nice and helpfull :) cant wait to land in canada on saturday! She also said i should get my PR card in a month but i doubt it will be so fast.

Hello,

I hope someone can help me. My file was transfered to Warsaw on 13-01-2016, but in ECAS I still don't see information if they started to process it or not. How long usually it took for you to see changes in the system and should I expect to receive AOR2 from this visa office?
Thanks

Don't count on consistent system updates... for some it is instant and for some, like me, took over until decision made to state my file is in process since mid May. You will eventually get and AOR2 from the Warsaw office... mine took about a month after it was transferred. Sometimes it's a blind process with 0 news. Don't be discouraged, they review and action everyone's application in a timely fashion. :) It's not easy but looking back it's all a blur and doesn't seem that long. ;)

Don't count on the PR to come in a month. I've been waiting for my wife's to arrive and still nothing 2 months after. Again it's very inconsistent with the timelines that they provide. With the Syrian refugees in the country, that timeline I'm sure is not relevant anymore since they have to also work PR cards for those folks.

Haha, thanks. Well, I figured that updates are not constant, but the reason I asked is that I am applying from Quebec, so I already send the CSQ request with our SA letter to Quebec and I was just wondering if I be able to see updates that CSQ number was actually received by Warsaw later :)
Blind it is :)

Well health card comes between 4-6 weeks after you apply for it. So you can apply on day 1 or day 90.....it will vary when you actually receive the Health Card.

But even if i get it in 4 weeks i still have to wait that 3 months for it to work right? How long did it take to get SIN ? I will probaly do everything on monday.

Correct... Health card can't be used until the 3 months is up. SIN number was very easy... you get it in minutes. Just walk into any Service Canada office and show your passport and COPR and they will give you a piece of paper with your number on it. They don't issue cards anymore.

COPR arrived today. Driving to Buffalo tomorrow to get the wife officially landed.

Landed yesterday in Toronto ! Went to border security he took my claim asked me few questions, laught when i told him how much money i have with me and told me to go to imigration. I went there guy asked me if i have family i said yes. Asked about address in Canada i will be staying. Signed papers and i was ready to go. Everything too like 10min.

Good luck to everyone !

OMG!! I was just checking my ECAS account this morning as usual, and suddenly there ir Decision Made sign staring at me! Still no email from my Visa Office..
I hope those are good news.. Kinda still worried a little.. :o
