Well I think it's the best thing you can do if your PA is from Moscow and they allow it. The alternative is to mail them the passport, sign an agreement with them AND postal service and pay different fees to different suppliers. Check out their 'apply by mail' tab (https://visa.vfsglobal.com/rus/en/can/apply-visa). It's crazy. It was so much better when you could just send documents to the Embassy. I wonder why they did that.Does anyone have any experience with sending their passport to VFS in Moscow? Have others just dropped off their passport there?

From what I know, you get it along with your passport when you send it in for the PPR thing. I should be getting my passport in the next few days, so I'll get back to you on that if no one else knowsOne more question with regards to the COPR. Does COPR come through physical mail or does it get sent through GCKEY like all other letters?

From my experience who you don't need your passport stamped then it comes through GCKey and also you get a paper copy through the post. I am not sure how it works if you need to get your passport stamped. I hope that helps!!One more question with regards to the COPR.
