Hello Everyone, We had a visitor visa application for my mother-in-law and brother-in-law approved a few days ago. They got a letter stating to submit their passport. However the brother-in-law appears to have lost his passport. What would we need to do in this situation?

Checked again today(May 9th) and had the citizenship ceremony switched to In Progress with a date of May 5th. There is also a message saying that the ceremony is scheduled for May 25th :D No emails or updates with instructions for the ceremony yet.

Logged in today and saw that Citizenship test has been put into in progress(March 27th per tracker). There is also a big banner stating that test has been scheduled for April 3 - April 24th. No email yet though on instructions for the test.

Checked today(March 24th) and the background check is marked as completed with a date of March 22nd :)

One more question with regards to the COPR. Does COPR come through physical mail or does it get sent through GCKEY like all other letters?
