May-07-2010 (Before PR Approval on Workpermit) Sep 21, 2010 #2 Does you occupation fall in the 29 NOC - if yes you can apply under FSW1 not sure if FSW2 or is 3 possible . Seniors pls advice. If you have wokred here in canada for 2 years then you are eligible under CEC category in you case its not.... so you can apply under FSW1 or if you can get a offer and arrange for AEO then you can apply under FSW3 Hope it clarifies./
