Hey i came here in canada two years before on study permit and then my husband came in year after me on work permit. He has his own gf because of her he came here and now i want divorce from him as soon as possible . Thing is we got married in india . So we go india and divorce there will it be considered in canada or should we apply here and will it effect our status if from both of us again marry with someone else
