hyeee.

even my application reached on 16 oct...hav not heard anythin from dem yet....m sooo worried...coz my dd is about to expire..i called at d numbers notified but dey said dey cant provide d desired info...instead send a mail to cio...i sent dem mail aswell but did not receive any response...dont know wats happening...i was wonderin if i did not made tod cap den y my package has not reached back to me so dat i could start preparing for another try...please respond...

Dear scylla,

I have received my last October's application back from CIC. There was a letter saying that because of Cap reached, they returned my application. But I was very surprised that they have checked my generic application with tick, the first 2 pages! My question is if the cap reached and they were going to send it back then why they started checking and ticking my application. I have already send the new one but still confused about the previous one!

Will be really helpful if you can give some explanation.

There are many officers in the CIO opening the envelops one by one so by the time your package was being reviewed, the cap reached by some other officer. I think!! 8)
