Congrats!!! What a surprise by DM10032. Approving April and June but not May...... In a way I am happy that he/she is actively working or someone is working on behalf of DM10032
Hi guys i wanna share my experience
My AOR 3 june
Medical somewhere in july
Biometrics 22 oct
Criminality passed since oct
Security and all stages passed on 23 January
After that no movement
And i called ircc on 7 april .. even that day they told me final decision not made yet and my file still in ottawa
Again i called on 8 april in the morning around 11 am .. listened to the whole message final decision not made yet
Then around 12:45 got call from my consultant that my file is approved in cic account
i dont know what happened in that 1-2 hour period!!!!
it was like magic for me!!!
reallly feeling now everyone will get their approval very soon many many blessings to all of u guys

Congratulations. Happy to hear this. Seems like I am the only one left with AOR 6th June and all passed 27th January 2021.
@legalfalcon Any escalation process if everything is passed since last 2 months?? I’m waiting for decisions since Feb 28. All assessments are passed. Every time I call, they say same - Covid delay, file is still open, nothing can be done! So frustrating.

There is no way to expedite the process unfortunately. You will have to wait and there is nothing much that can be done.
I wonder if applying for GCMS again will trigger anything and wake up this officer.

Requesting GCMS notes has no impact on the processing of an application as such.
Some applicants have seen progress or a movement after they requested GCMS. This is however anecdotal .

NO it will not. If you are hoping/asking if the Gcms Notes will result in progress with your application then the answer is NO.
People make statements like the one below which is completely FALSE
Requesting your GCMS Notes may be beneficial and could help move your file forward. This is the case as an immigration officer has to review your file before releasing your GCMS Notes. Thus, the IRCC officer may use this opportunity to update documents received from other agencies.
Some will go further and even add statements like "Some applicants have seen progress or a movement after they requested GCMS. This is however anecdotal ." This is make believe and such statements are made to promote the usage of GCMS, beware of such statements and those who make it.
