Guys, I can’t believe!!!!. I start to cry in the subway. My boyfriend received THE PHONE CALL around 6pm. A lady from Etobicoke office to confirm our approval!!!! Still can’t believe it. She said they will do a virtual landing and follow the next instructions. Letters will arrive in 2-4 business day.

Biometrics completed October 20, 2020
Ghost update April 202021
Background check April 24, 2021
Final decision Approved May 1st, 2021.

We received our COPR on friday afternoon - less than 24 hours after our phone call.
We sent our picture yesterday. and we did not receive any access to the portal. What about you?

That's good news @edward777 . I believe Security will directly change to "pass" i.e. blank if looking at GCMS notes and you will soon get the final decision. Most probably this week. Did you saw any Ghost Update on April 30th ?

Thank you @JaxT for your positive feedback. I hope so too. No, I asked my MP to follow up and she just informed me of this. I am not getting a single GU during this process.

We did not send our passport... Maybe because we never left Canada since our first arrival? They asked only for a copy of the letter and 1 photo each one

No updates for me. Waiting is too long. I am close to 1-year mark on May 22nd. I hope our applications aren't affected by the large volume of applicants coming in May with the new stream. Please everyone update as that's the only way we can survive this frustration.
