Waiting period after DESICION MADE ????????

Hi friends

I am canadian citizen
And I submitted my application for spousal sponsership in July 2015.
My file was transferred to New Delhi in December 2015.
My wife is in india rightnow

Yesterday august 2016, I checked the status online and it Says

DECISION MADE

So after howlong I will come to know what is Desicion???????????????

And by courier or by email???????????


Please help!!!!

normally a week takes or less to send email

It took us 5 days since DM to receive an e-mail from them

But now it's already 15 days
But no email yet
And my agent is in Canada and he also haven't recieved anything yet

Is their any other ways to know that????

Waits for up to one month is not uncommon. Though rare, I've seen some people wait nearly two months

it's very likely a positive decision. the wait time might indicate a mistake on their part. i believe someone recently posted here that they waited a while without receiving any correspondence until they contacted CIC directly. i think it wouldn't hurt to do the same, especially if CIC is under the impression that they successfully sent a PPR and are expecting a response.

Yes. In my case, it took about 4-5 months after my medicals to passport request letter and only after that, my status was changed to "Decision Made".
