It's been 7 weeks since I received decision made and request for passport copy etc. Still nothing.........

send a case specific inquiry. that's about all you can do. it's been reported it taking up to 2 months to get the COPR back from ottawa. it also will depend on where it is being mailed to. It can take 1-2 weeks in the mail. the COPR is mailed to the address listed in the application, unless you specifically requested it to be mailed elsewhere. even then, CIC has been known to still send it to the application address.
