Definitely a good sign. Your application probably moved to Local Visa Office, you might want to call CIC and check.

Hi Mattjp1, my adr status moved from being reviewed to uploaded, again to being reviewed and now uploaded. Would you tell me what is going on with my application. Spoke to cic, they told back ground and security in process. 241 days since AOR. "Back ground status: we are processing your .."

Hi @vaev108 - I wouldn't want to give you misleading information, but if they said your application is under "security screening", it could take a little longer than other applications. In my understanding, CIC randomly do an in-depth security screening on applications. Have you ordered GCMS notes or try contacting your local visa office?

Ah I see you're an inland applicant. Do you know where your application is now, I mean which office?

I'm an outland applicant and in my understanding the process is slightly different.
