You might get ppr tonight, or in few days, or you could wait for few weeks to a month. No one knows.

Me too! IP2 August 17th. I think we are in for quite a long wait, at least a couple of weeks by the looks of it.

They do have a phone number. If you're calling from outside Canada it is +16139444000, not sure what the number it if you are calling from within Canada, you should be able to find it on their website.
