waiting for visa

Hello guys I'm a 22 year old filipina marries to a Canadian guy, we start processing my sponsorship last Oct.2013 after months the embassy requested for my passport and after they got my medical and my passport that I sent to them my application status says decession made, what does this mean? Pls help me understand this.. we been through tough times and I really wish this is positive, we just want to be together.. guys need advice! Tnx

yep! kami nga matagal nadin naghihintay na mag DM na application, tsaka mas maganda na positive ka, dapat happy ka kasi Dm ka na.
